Request deletion of your Custodian data

You do not need to sign in to request deletion. Custodian AI / Custodian Commerce is operated by Adrien Belhomme, France.

Delete your account from the app

Signed in, open Settings › My account › Delete my account and hold the button. From that moment the team stops working for your stores and your subscription ends with the period already paid. Thirty days later everything is erased: your stores, their products, orders and customers, your creations, your conversations, the follow-up of your visits, and the files kept for them. Until that day, Keep my account cancels it. An email confirms the request, then the erasure. Only the dates of the request and of the erasure are kept, as proof. Your payment provider keeps the invoices of your subscription for the period the law requires.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email adrien@custodiancommerce.com with the subject “Custodian data deletion”.
  2. Identify your Custodian workspace or business and, if relevant, the Facebook Page, advertising account, TikTok account or Pinterest account concerned. Say whether you want social integration data, specific content, or the entire workspace deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  3. We may request proportionate proof that you control that workspace or are the person concerned. We will confirm the scope and outcome, and explain any information that must be retained and why. Rights requests receive a response within the applicable legal time limit, normally one month.

Disconnect a Meta account

In your project’s Facebook and Instagram publishing screen, select the confirmation to remove that project’s connections and cancel unsent previews, then choose Disconnect. This removes the stored Page tokens for the project. You can also revoke Custodian AI in your Facebook business integrations settings.

Disconnect a TikTok account

When TikTok publishing is available in your project, use its TikTok publishing settings to disconnect the account and remove Custodian’s authorization. You can also revoke Custodian in TikTok’s account permission settings. This removes access for future requests; use the email process above if you want stored integration data or workspace content deleted.

Disconnect a Pinterest account

In your project's Pinterest publishing settings, choose Disconnect to stop future Pins and remove the stored Pinterest tokens for that project. You can also revoke Custodian in your Pinterest account settings, under apps with access. This removes access for future requests; use the email process above if you want stored integration data or workspace content deleted.

Disconnection is not a full data deletion request. Stored drafts, operation history and advertising records may remain in Custodian until separately deleted. Use the email process above to request their deletion.

Content already published on a social platform

Deleting Custodian data or revoking access does not automatically delete a Facebook post, Instagram post, campaign, advertisement, TikTok post or Pin already created on a platform. Manage those objects in Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok or Pinterest. A paused advertisement remains paused unless it is activated separately; deleting local records does not change its platform status.
